Up Coming Projects
So I was going to take a break and actually play my game rather than just build things but balance is off in GoGoSunshine's Studio. I've recently built a lot of homes that aren't neccessarily large but priced anywhere from 60,000 to nearly 200,000. So with that said I came up with the idea of doing a collection called "The Stunning Starter Collection". Starter homes are my pet peeve. Not because I can't do a good job at them but I'm really particular about my homes details (rolls of toilet paper must be in all baths etc.) and all those little things add up and a single Sim doesn't start off with 20,000 Simoleons any more (not even a couple, it's 16,500 single and 18,500 couple I believe). I guess even the Sims are feeling the the recession. Anyway the collection will be a challenge for my self to provide the same interior design, architecture, and detail quality of my medium to large sized homes but at a non motherlode cheatcode budget. The collection will include four different lot styles, 2 of which I fequently build and two 2 that aren't normally my style (expanding my building knowledge). The styles are as follows:
-Modern
-Contemporary-Tradtional
-Adobe
-Traditional Japanese Home
The final two I have built before but I rarely do them now and Adobe's aren't usually found in the exchange so I want to bring something new to the table.
Thanks for reading! GoGoSunshine signing out^.^

Bridgeport Beauty Released! 3BR+2BTH
Bridgeport Beauty is finally ready for download.
Note: Built on one of the inaccessable lots in Bridgeport but can be placed in any world but it was tailor made for Bridgeport.
Description: Each window of the Bridgeport Beauty has a beautiful view and balconies and glass front wall face the city lights woithout neighboring building obstructing your view. Best experienced at 246 3rd Avenue, the Bridgeport Beauty has 3BR + 2BTH, a spectacular outdoor great room, private pool, and all the luxuries of a contemporary home. Bridgeport Beauty does sacrifice space for location but the homes narrow design is deliberate for two reason; (1) provide the best views possible and (2) challenge the builder (me) to use smart design to maximize space. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT BEING CLUTTERED. I was shocked at how much space I could provide by carefully planning room positions. Best experienced through game play please download and recommend.
Features:
-Stunning Views -Home Office -Outdoor Art and Plant Shelves
-Galley Kitchen -Garage
-3 Bedrooms -Pool
-2 Bathrooms -Outdoor Living Spaces

Bridgeport Beauty- Sneak Peek
I am in love with Late Night bugs and all. I was really missing Night Life so when Late Night was announced I just had to have it (I spent my Sim point budget for two month's on it) and when I got it I knew Bridgeport was the world for me lol, I'm such a city girl. Anyway enough of me ranting. These are just some random pics I took of my newest lot while still in the building and decorating stages (this was the first time I would build and decorate room by room). I will say it's modern (I've been doing tradtional to contemporary family homes so it's nice to get back into complicated architecture and luxury glitzyness) and that it is about the views in Bridgeport. I will also admit that it is by far my favorite build and shows some serious growth for me as a builder and interior designer. Now pics:
